Setting up an "Out of Office" Reply

  1. Login to the Go Hostal Control Panel
  2. Click "Autoresponders"
  3. Click "Add new autoresponder"
  4. In the “Autoresponder name” field, provide a name (i.e. Out of Office Reply)
  5. In the “Reply with text” field, type your away message
  6. Set the number of times you would like your message to automatically respond to each unique individual per day in the “Reply to the unique e-mail address not more than” field
  7. Click the "OK" button
  8. Click the "Switch On" button
  9. Click "Log out"
  10. Be sure to log back in and click “Switch Off” when you want to disable the Autoresponder
