Setting up an "Out of Office" Reply
- Login to the Go Hostal Control Panel
- Click "Autoresponders"
- Click "Add new autoresponder"
- In the “Autoresponder name” field, provide a name (i.e. Out of Office Reply)
- In the “Reply with text” field, type your away message
- Set the number of times you would like your message to automatically respond to each unique individual per day in the “Reply to the unique e-mail address not more than” field
- Click the "OK" button
- Click the "Switch On" button
- Click "Log out"
- Be sure to log back in and click “Switch Off” when you want to disable the Autoresponder
